Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival at Nobu by the Beach.
• Create a positive first impression through warm, natural, and attentive guest interaction.
• Manage the restaurant waiting list and provide guests with clear information regarding expected wait times.
• Coordinate table availability and seating flow with the restaurant service team.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
• Maintain awareness of reservations, walk-in guests, and changing table availability.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth front-of-house operations.
• Handle guest questions and basic requests with confidence and courtesy.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to build natural rapport with local and international guests.

• Support efficient guest movement within the restaurant entrance and reception area.
