Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Hostess to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our F&B outlet guests. You will welcome guests, assist with seating, and support the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include receiving guests in the restaurant, managing outlet inventory, handling cashiering, and helping with service staff as needed to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 Years' Work Experience In Hotel Operations
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
