Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests in hotel restaurants and assist the service staff when needed.
• Assist with cashiering and inventory management for the outlet.
• Provide consistent, excellent service to F&B outlet guests.
