Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX seeks a Hostess / Cashier to deliver warm, attentive service in our Food & Beverage outlets. You will greet guests, manage seating and cash handling, and support the dining team to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. A hospitality-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
• Assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants and Food & Beverage Outlets.
• Manage inventory of the outlet and assist the service staff when necessary.
