Bacha Coffee invites an experienced Hostess/Guest Relations Officer to join our Dubai team. You will greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth guest flow and exceptional experience.

Our brand emphasizes hospitality, presentation, and attention to detail, with English fluency required and Arabic or Russian language skills a plus. We value a polished appearance and can offer growth within a dynamic, international coffee concept.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Officer in a high-end F&B or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian language is an advantage).
• Presentable, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Coordinate seating plans with the service team to maximize table turnover without compromising guest experience.
• Liaise with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest flow and special arrangements.
• Adhere to company grooming and hygiene standards.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties of the coffee room/boutique.
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception and entrance area at all times.
• Assist guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and outlet information to confidently answer guest queries.
• Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and efficiently, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service at all times.
