Job summary

Say HELLO! Dubai is seeking a Head Waiter for on-site roles at our luxury dining partner venues. You will oversee the dining floor and ensure guests receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their visit.

You will supervise wait staff, manage table assignments and reservations, coordinate with kitchen and bar, mentor team members, and uphold brand standards to enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset with proven experience in customer service and guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage offerings, including menu knowledge and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in Food Service operations, such as table management, order taking, and coordination between front and back of house.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
• Familiarity with kitchen processes to coordinate with culinary teams and understand preparation times.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead waiter role in hospitality environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency; other languages in Dubai advantageous.
• Formal hospitality training or certification is beneficial but not mandatory; passion for service essential.
