Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC Dubai is seeking a guest‑facing team member to join our luxury Food & Beverage operation. You will greet guests, support the service team, manage reservations at the host stand, and help ensure an impeccable dining experience in a world‑class hotel.

Strong communication, a professional appearance, and reliability are essential. One to two years in a Food & Beverage outlet is ideal; luxury hotel experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• One to two years previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet.
• Previous luxury hotel experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and guest service systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during dining experiences.
• Manage the host stand, review reservations, and assist with table setup and seating.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, inspecting tables before service.
• Develop working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
• Manage the host stand review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections
• Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus menu ingredients and restaurant information

What you bring

• One to two years previous experience in Food amp Beverage outlet
• previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food amp beverage computer systems
• Strong communication skills
