Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain ATS records and develop talent pools for future hiring.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
