Job summary

Independent Food Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring across hospitality and corporate functions. You will manage mass recruitment, organize open day events, and craft sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, all while tracking KPIs and partnering closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition.

The role requires 5–8 years in TA, fluent English, and willingness to travel for on-ground events across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or equivalent.
• 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition with hospitality/food & beverage experience.
• Proven mass recruitment and urgent-hiring experience.
• Experience running open day recruitment events.
• Strong metrics, dashboards and reporting skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Travel flexibility to support events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for F&B and corporate roles across levels.
• Manage high-volume hiring for store openings and peak periods.
• Oversee daily TA activities and SLAs for vacancies.
• Plan open day events and walk-in interview drives.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Head of TA on projects and process improvements.
• Travel across sites and countries to support hiring events.
