You will coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure voice consistency and collaboration with operations for guest experience excellence.

The role requires strong writing and social media expertise, with the ability to train staff on engagement rules and to monitor campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong project management or organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their participants.
• Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the hotel's field.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
