Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in fund management, wealth advisory, or private equity sales.
• Raising funds for real estate or hospitality-backed private equity.
• Experience in hospitality-focused investment products is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of IRRs, equity multiples, term sheets, and exit mechanisms.
• Strong network of HNIs/UHNIs, family offices, and wealth intermediaries.
• Proven ability to close high-value transactions independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking, financial modeling knowledge, and investor sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close capital commitments for hospitality-focused private equity funds from HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, wealth management firms, and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to expand investor base across regions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through direct outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Own the full investor lifecycle — prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Present and sell complex financial products including structured real estate funds and alternative investment vehicles.
• Conduct detailed product presentations, investment illustrations, ROI models, and scenario analyses for potential investors.
• Customize offerings for various investor segments based on risk appetite, investment goals, and return timelines.
• Collaborate with the investment team to understand asset acquisition, operational plans, and projected returns.
• Understand project IRRs, exit strategies, and operational cash flow models to communicate confidently with clients.
• Serve as the key point of contact for investors post-investment, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for documentation, onboarding, and fund governance.
• Provide detailed updates to investors regarding project progress, financial performance, and distribution timelines.
• Recommend strategies to enhance investor engagement and improve fund visibility.
