Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager – Fundraising to lead capital formation for a growing private markets platform. You will build investor relationships, manage the fundraising pipeline, and drive engagements from outreach through due diligence, commitment and closing.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare pitch materials, and work with legal/compliance on onboarding. A proven track record and a strong GCC network are highly valued for this entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of fundraising experience in private markets or related fields.
• Proven track record of raising capital and converting relationships into commitments.
• Established network across institutional investors and/or family offices.
• Experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate or private credit.
• Strong GCC investor network with international connections.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management and negotiation skills.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Fundraising to support capital formation and institutional investor engagement for a growing private markets investment platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing investor relationships, building and managing the fundraising pipeline, and driving engagements from initial outreach through due diligence, commitment and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute fundraising and capital formation initiatives across investment vehicles and opportunities


• Originate and develop relationships with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, private banks, fund-of-funds and other sophisticated investors


• Manage a structured pipeline of prospective investors and capital partners


• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, presentations and follow-ups


• Develop pitch books, investor presentations, DDQs and other fundraising materials


• Coordinate investor due diligence with investment, finance, legal and compliance teams


• Support negotiations and the investor onboarding and closing process


• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective LPs


• Provide regular reporting on fundraising pipeline, probability-weighted commitments and progress against targets

Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, capital formation, placement, investor relations or private markets


• Demonstrable track record of raising capital and converting investor relationships into commitments


• Established network across institutional investors and/or family offices


• Experience within private equity, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, private credit or alternative investments


• Strong GCC investor network preferred, complemented by international relationships


• Good understanding of private-market investment structures and institutional due diligence


• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management and negotiation skills


• Commercial, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
