Job summary

Stella Stays in Dubai is hiring an Operations Specialist to be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and budgets are respected.

You will implement property management strategies, oversee operational activities, coordinate maintenance with trusted providers, and produce timely reports.

This role requires 2–3 years in operations or facilities management and strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property management and day-to-day operational processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest concerns and operational issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Remain available during emergencies to ensure guests are safe, supported, and well taken care of.
• Prepare and share operational reports and respond promptly to requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and in line with the agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, overseeing the work, and managing costs within the approved budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
