Job summary

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Bay Island seeks a property Manager on Duty to oversee operations, ensure the highest hospitality standards, and resolve guest issues in real time.

As a Guest Relations and Front Desk leader, you will coordinate departments, supervise staff, and maintain service excellence across lobby, arrivals, and guest touchpoints, while aligning with brand luxury standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in guest services or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major with no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations as Manager on Duty to ensure top hospitality and service levels.
• Represent management in guest-related situations and direct lobby flow and guest relations.
• Lead guest services teams, supervise staff, and maintain open, collaborative relationships across departments.
• Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and support financial and payroll progress reporting.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and participate in training and performance evaluations.
