Job summary

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Marriott International, is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Dubai property. You will welcome guests, process check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys, and ensure accurate guest accounts.

You will balance cashier duties, prepare daily reports, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests while maintaining the highest luxury standards and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, verify identity and payment.
• Assign rooms and issue keys; set up guest accounts.
• Balance cash, prepare daily reports, and cash drops.
• Assist guests and coordinate with staff to fulfill requests.
