Job summary

The THE TEAM BUILDERS are assisting a leading hospitality group in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Restaurant General Manager. You will oversee the entire operation, drive guest satisfaction, loyalty initiatives and menu development.

The ideal candidate has UAE experience, extensive F&B knowledge, and strong leadership with solid financial management skills to lead a premier dining venue in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager or similar role in the UAE.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge (F&B).
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
• Deliver superior guest services.
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs.
• Plan new and update existing menus.
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
• Participate at local food events.
