Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai seeks a Hostess / Cashier to provide excellent service in our restaurants and Food & Beverage Outlets. You will welcome guests, assist service staff, and help manage outlet inventory to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional appearance and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, consistent level of service to guests.
• Assist with receiving guests in hotel restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets, manage outlet inventory, and assist service staff as needed.
