Accor Group in Dubai seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to create compelling visual content for hotel experiences and offers. You will support social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with online communities across platforms.

Collaborating with hotel teams, you will gather assets, maintain content on Accor sites and OTAs, and assist with campaigns, SEO and metasearch efforts, monitoring reviews and reporting campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Practical image and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing analytics.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and edit images, short videos, reels and stories for hotel experiences and offers.
• Support social media calendars, scheduling and community engagement.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to gather content and plan shoots.
• Maintain hotel content and offers on Accor websites and online travel agency platforms.
• Assist with digital campaigns across social media, paid advertising, SEO and metasearch.
• Help monitor rate parity and pricing accuracy across online channels.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
• Assist with monitoring online reviews and social media feedback.
