Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Cost Control, Accounting or similar, hospitality preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost control, accounting, budgeting and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate cost records for COGS, inventory, labor and other operating expenses.
• Review reports, conduct audits to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
• Prepare cost performance and variance reports for management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Operations to optimize costs.
• Monitor budgets and support cost-saving initiatives without compromising guest experience.
