Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a meticulous Cost Controller Supervisor for Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park. The role focuses on controlling food, beverage, and operating costs, with daily stock audits and variance analysis to safeguard budgets.

You will review purchases, analyze cost reports, and prepare cost-control presentations for management, ensuring compliance with internal controls and hotel policies. A finance/Accounting degree and Opera experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
• Working experience in Opera.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good oral and written in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct stock audits, inventory counts, and variance analysis.
• Review purchases, receiving, transfers, and store issues for accuracy and documentation.
• Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Prepare regular cost-control reports and present findings to management.
