Qualifications

• Good oral and written English
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock audits, inventory counts, and variance analysis.
• Review purchases, receiving, transfers, and store issues for accuracy and documentation.
• Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Calculate and maintain food and beverage recipe costs.
• Check voids, discounts, promotional items, and staff meals.
• Conduct spot checks on restaurants, bars, stores, kitchens, and receiving areas.
• Verify supplier invoices, pricing, and inventory records per procedures.
• Prepare regular cost-control reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies and audit requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Financial Accountant & Finance & Business Support Manager.
