Job summary

Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is seeking a meticulous Cost Controller Supervisor to join our finance team. Based in Dubai Science Park, you will monitor food, beverage and operating costs, conduct stock audits, and ensure budget compliance across outlets and departments.

You will review supplier invoices, calculate recipe costs, prepare regular cost-control reports, and present findings to management. Strong English, a finance or accounting degree, and Opera experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience with Opera property management system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock audits, inventory counts, and variance analysis.
• Review purchases, receiving, transfers, and store issues to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Prepare regular cost-control reports and present findings to management.
