Job summary

Away seeks a reliable Hospitality Assistant to support daily operations at our luxury private beachfront property in Umm Al Quwain. You will work closely with the owner to maintain high property standards, manage guest services, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key duties include coordinating reservations, supervising housekeeping, inspecting the property, and coordinating maintenance with contractors while keeping guests informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and booking calendar.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out.
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness meets company standards.
• Conduct daily property inspections.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance (MEP, landscaping, pool, and external contractors).
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until completed.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Ensure all guest facilities are operational and presentation-ready.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare simple daily operational reports.
• Assist with improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
