Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, corporate contracts, and referral networks.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage with insurance companies in the assigned region and maintain relationships.
• Visit insurance subsidiaries to promote hospital services and increase referrals.
• Monitor performance of contracts and report market trends monthly.
• Identify new business opportunities with uncontracted corporate clients and drive patient flow.
• Collaborate with referral networks including doctors in private clinics, polyclinics, and other hospitals.
