Job summary

Oasis Hospital in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails for patients and visitors, using scripts, and delivering courteous service. You will communicate in English, Arabic, and Urdu, coordinate appointments, and assist with billing inquiries while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to hospital

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder preferably in administration.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Handle patient inquiries both telephonically and by email.
• Provide patients with appointments and other service information.
• Enter new patient information into the system and update existing patient information.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate resource.
• Follow up on patient calls and emails where necessary.
• Maintain good data entry and typing skills and be attentive to detail.
• Acquire knowledge of all insurance companies, third‑party administrators, and other institutions involved in direct billing with Oasis Hospital.
• Maintain clean and orderly desks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all hospital information.
• Speak in Arabic or English in the working environment when communicating with colleagues.
• Report to work on time as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with the department’s appearance and dress code.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
