Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven call center within UAE healthcare (clinic/hospital).
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong professional English.
• Results-focused with ability to hit sales, booking and conversion KPIs.
• Hands-on with healthcare CRM/EMR software and automated call center platforms.
• Excellent persuasive communication, negotiation, and objection handling under high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls and bookings.
• Actively convert inbound queries into booked appointments across clinical specialties.
• Conduct outbound campaigns for follow-ups, missed appointments, and reminders.
• Guide patients through booking and clinic visit confirmations.
• Maintain accurate EMR/HIS records with high call accuracy and low drop rates.
