Job summary

AMERICAN HOSPITAL in Abu Dhabi seeks a Housing Supervisor to oversee Employee Housing operations, including entitlement, allotment, maintenance, inventories and vacancies. You will ensure efficient unit functioning, participate in staff meetings, and manage asset records and resident services.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree, at least 5 years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, CQI awareness, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exposure to / experience of CQI principles.
• Exposure to / experience of customer service principles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervision of Employee Housing operations (entitlement, allotment, maintenance, inventories, vacancies).
• Prioritizes tasks to ensure unit efficiency; participates in staff meetings and unit projects.
• Records and updates occupants in hospital accommodations; maintains inventories and assets.
