Qualifications

• 2+ years of similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival and provide a friendly check‑in experience.
• Register patients with demographic and insurance details into EMR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient identity for accurate billing.
• Obtain required patient signatures and explain rights and steps.
• Schedule appointments, remind patients, and assist with discharge follow‑ups.
• Communicate with patients and families and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Handle payments, receipts and cash handling per procedures.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and address patient feedback promptly.
• Participate in meetings and training to meet quality and satisfaction goals.
