Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a customer service and sales support professional in Dubai to handle inquiries across email, phone, WhatsApp, live chat and social channels. You will process orders on Shopify, provide product and pricing information, and escalate issues to relevant teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE-based customer service or sales support experience, excellent English, and familiarity with Shopify, Zoho and Stripe. Immediate joiner and a 3 months contract are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer service or sales support, ideally in UAE retail or e-commerce.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands-on with Shopify or similar platform, WhatsApp Business and MS Excel.
• Able to upsell and close sales while maintaining data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for inquiries, orders and complaints across channels.
• Log and track orders, process refunds, replacements, store credits and coupons.
• Upsell related products and assist with B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, operations, warehouse and finance as needed.
• Prepare customer feedback reports and respond to reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
