Job summary

Tawazun Arabia is seeking a proactive E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support our online retail operations in Abu Dhabi.

You will manage the Shopify platform, upload product data, process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with launches and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have hands-on e-commerce experience, proficiency in MS Office and Canva, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or online retail.
• Hands-on with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, maintenance, and management of Shopify.
• Upload and update product information (descriptions, pricing, sizes, colors, images).
• Process orders, monitor inventory, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social channels.
• Support social media accounts by scheduling content.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and marketing.
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Support daily operations and contribute to process improvements.
