Job summary

Planning Engineer in Dubai is sought to take ownership of project schedules, track progress, identify delays early and support the team with practical recovery plans. Strong Primavera P6 or MS Project skills are mandatory and 3–5 years UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, forecasts, and master schedule integration, with weekly/monthly progress reports and EOT support.

• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate master schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and subcontractors, and maintain planning documentation and reporting

Hiring: Planning Engineer – Dubai

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with solid UAE construction experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of project schedules, track progress closely, identify delays early and support the project team with practical recovery plans.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,000–8,000

Experience: 3–5 years UAE experience preferred

Employment: Full-time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is mandatory.

The role will involve preparing baseline schedules, WBS, project milestones, manpower forecasts, equipment and material forecasts, and comparing actual progress against planned schedules.

You should also be comfortable handling:

Weekly and monthly progress reports

Dashboards and S-curves

Schedule variance analysis

Delay identification and recovery planning

Subcontractor schedule review

Master schedule integration

Tender planning and construction methodologies

EOT support and delay analysis

Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and subcontractors

Project planning documentation and reporting

A Civil Engineering background is preferred.

Experience in demolition, steel, structural or similar construction projects will be an advantage.
