Job summary

Nightingale Education Group is seeking an experienced educator to develop, administer, teach, and evaluate general education coursework for higher learning programs in healthcare disciplines.

You will advise and mentor students, monitor progress, deliver timely feedback, run office hours, and provide personalized grading while engaging in discussion boards, contributing to a blended-distance learning platform. This role also emphasizes ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in teaching domain from an accredited institution.
• At least 18 credit hours of direct study in the teaching discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, teach, and evaluate students in general education coursework.
• Advise and mentor students throughout their coursework.
• Monitor student performance against course objectives and published schedules.
• Complete annual professional development.
• Deliver fast, personalized grading within 5 days of week's end.
• Post at least two personalized weekly announcements and participate in discussion boards.
• Provide meaningful, written feedback on instructor-graded work.
• Run regular office hours, review sessions, or tutorials.
