Job summary

Nightingale, a high-impact learning organization focusing on healthcare education, seeks an experienced LMS support professional. You will diagnose complex LMS configuration issues, investigate gradebook behavior, and interpret JavaScript console outputs to resolve integration challenges.

Your role includes sandbox testing for LTI tool updates, developing Python scripts for data retrieval, and delivering advanced training on LMS features and instructional tools to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive experience supporting LMS platforms.
• Advanced working knowledge of LMS configuration and platform behavior
• Working knowledge of JavaScript for diagnosing integration and UI issues
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex LMS configuration issues and blueprint sync inconsistencies
• Investigate gradebook behavior, permissions conflicts, and workflow disruptions
• Interpret browser console output to identify JavaScript-related issues
• Conduct sandbox testing for LTI tool updates and validate integration behavior
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for backend API data retrieval and reporting
• Perform structured data manipulation for LMS-related reporting
• Test and validate Canvas theme changes in non-production environments
• Provide advanced Tier II/III instructional technology support and escalation resources
• Deliver advanced training on LMS features and instructional tools
