Job summary

Campus is hiring dedicated Teaching Assistants to support live, online college courses. This role is ideal for aspiring educators, graduate students, and professionals who want to make a real impact on students from all backgrounds, especially those historically underserved by higher education.

You will support and grade assignments for groups of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course, act as a mentor, attend lectures, lead discussions, and host weekly office hours to foster motivation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for student success.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Available to commit 4-6 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course.
• Act as a mentor and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop as professionals.
• Attend lectures within the 11-week online course.
• Lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
• Communicate with students regularly and respond to messages in a timely manner.
• Help students stay motivated and build strong academic habits.
