Job summary

Nightingale Education Group in the UAE is seeking a credentialing support specialist to guide learners through vendor setup, documentation uploads, background checks, and drug screenings.

The role focuses on navigating credentialing systems, interpreting College and EL requirements, and communicating with learners across phone, text, and email to resolve issues while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in credentialing or administrative support in education or healthcare.
• Proficiency in professional communication across multiple mediums.
• Strong customer service skills with experience handling high-volume caseloads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and credentialing software.
