Job summary

Learning Network is seeking an experienced education coach to develop Special Education educators into highly effective professionals. You will monitor student engagement data, observe instruction, and lead IEP development to ensure compliance.

The role includes supporting hiring and professional development and occasional travel for testing windows. You will collaborate with families, facilitate team meetings, and refine tools and playbooks to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program.
Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop Special Education educators into highly effective professionals.
Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data.
Observe instruction and provide actionable coaching to improve student outcomes.
Lead IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring to ensure legal compliance.
Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns.
Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists.
Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators.
Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel.
