Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in the UAE. The role requires handling a high-volume bar, crafting cocktails and beverages, and delivering excellent hospitality to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, following recipes, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar while adhering to local alcohol regulations and handling payments accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality.
• Working knowledge of bartending tools including blenders, glassware, ice crushers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests, including pouring beer and wine, shaking cocktails, and blending frozen drinks.
• Follow all established recipes when preparing drinks.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and organized.
• Maintain the proper levels of liquor, beer, wine, juices, syrups, etc., stocked behind the bar.
• Ensure compliance with all local alcohol regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Process payments from customers and handle cash or credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
