Your primary duties as a Bartender will include:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes;
• Check identification when necessary to ensure that guests are of legal drinking age;
• Ensure that glasses, tools, and equipment used for mixing drinks are clean and sanitized properly in accordance with health regulations at all times;
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner, take their orders, serve them their drinks, and answer any questions they may have about the menu items or other services offered by the establishment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately according to established procedures including tips from customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area including washing glasses, wiping counters, cleaning spills, etc.;
• Ensure beverage stock is adequately maintained at all times by replenishing supplies as needed.
