Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bartender experience in bars or restaurants, knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required, with additional languages preferred. The role involves preparing drinks, delivering excellent guest service, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a bar/restaurant.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Friendly and professional customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing drinks and interacting with guests.
• Maintain bar area and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in restocking and handling cash/transactions as needed.
