Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking a qualified Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will mix drinks, greet customers, and ensure bar cleanliness while maintaining records and stock levels.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of the food and beverage industry and can handle high-pressure situations with excellent communication. Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 2+ years of relevant experience; training on health and safety guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of bartender experience preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to mix drinks according to recipes.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders.
• Prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix drinks according to customer preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness of bar area and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of drinks served.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and materials.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
