Job summary

ASGC, a leading UAE construction group in Dubai, seeks an experienced Technical Architect to join its Technical Department. You will bridge architectural design and construction, lead the preparation and coordination of technical deliverables, and ensure BIM models align with site requirements.

You will coordinate with consultants, manage RFIs and submittals, oversee high-rise project interfaces, and ensure compliance with UAE Life Safety Code, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• 8–15 years of architectural technical coordination experience in construction.
• Minimum 5 years with a Tier-1 contractor in the UAE.
• Proven involvement in high-rise towers (50+ storeys) or complex mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of architectural technical deliverables.
• Coordinate architectural docs with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Manage high-rise project coordination including facade interfaces and core areas.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals; coordinate with consultants for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Life Safety Code, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defense.
• Provide site technical support and address buildability issues.
