Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
1 year of technical helpdesk experience.
Experience with workstation, network, and cloud technology.
Knowledge of workstation hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support in a clinical setting.
Enter, prioritize, and escape service tickets via the ticket system.
Install and configure radiology software packages such as PACS and Voice Recognition.
Resolve general workstation issues including operating systems and hardware compatibility.
Maintain appropriate technical documentation for support and training.
Monitor queue email request folders to meet department needs.
Proactively identify areas for workflow or application improvement.
