Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle group and individual inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp, in line with set standards to enrich guest engagement and maximize revenue. The role involves upselling rooms, leveraging Accor distribution systems, and collaborating with other departments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in reservations, familiarity with Opera or related systems, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Reservations Agent.
• Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle Group and Individual Reservations inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp according to Reservations Standards to enhance guest engagement and maximize hotel revenue.
• Upsell rooms and other services to maximize profitability.
• Be fluent in Accor distribution and reservations systems and Revenue practices.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Create reports or partake in projects as directed by management.
• Assist other Business Units as needed.
