Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage guest inquiries and reservations with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will handle inquiries, updates, and cancellations, while promoting hotel services and ensuring confirmations are issued promptly. Previous experience in hospitality and Opera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera or similar reservations system.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel reservations, group sales or customer service.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process queries, changes and cancellations via phone, email, and systems.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Input reservations into systems and generate confirmations within 24 hours.
• Coordinate visa processing where applicable and liaise with relevant teams.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain positive guest relations.
• Prepare reports on reservations, cancellations and occupancy trends.
