Job summary

Accor Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle group and individual inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp, aiming to upsell rooms and services. You will work with Accor distribution and reservation systems, including Opera, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest engagement and hotel revenue.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Minimum 1 year experience in reservations is preferred; strong interpersonal and problem solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Reservations Agent.
• Knowledge of Accor distribution and reservation systems preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle group and individual reservations inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp to maximize hotel revenue.
• Aim to upsell rooms and other services.
• Be fluent in Accor distribution and reservation systems incl. Opera.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Create reports or participate in projects as directed by management.
• Assist other Business Units as required.

Job Description

• Handle Group and Individual Reservations inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp according to the stringent Reservations Standards set forth by management to enhance guest engagement and maximize overall hotel revenue
• Aims to upsell rooms and other services to maximize the profitability of the company
• Is fluent in all Accor distribution and reservations systems, Accor Rate architecture and Revenue practices
• Leases and cooperates with other departments as needed
• Creates reports or partake in projects as directed by management
• Assists other Business Units as and when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Years as a Reservations Agent
• Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable
