Job summary

Recruitment International Group (RIG) in Dubai is seeking a consultative healthcare sales professional to convert enquiries, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with doctors, clinics and corporate partners.

You will promote health, wellness, diagnostic and longevity services, manage inquiries, conduct professional consultations, and achieve monthly targets in a fast-paced UAE market. Fluent English is essential; experience in Dubai healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in medical, healthcare, clinic or wellness sales.
• Experience selling healthcare services, wellness programmes, diagnostics, memberships or medical solutions.
• Good knowledge of the health, wellness, preventative medicine or longevity market.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages would be advantageous.
• Experience working in Dubai or the wider UAE healthcare market preferred.
• UAE driving licence would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s health, wellness, diagnostic and longevity services.
• Manage incoming enquiries and convert prospective clients into confirmed bookings and long-term customers.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ health goals and recommend suitable services or programmes.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, partnerships and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to encourage retention, renewals and additional service uptake.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Work closely with medical, operational and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support promotional events, wellness activations, corporate presentations and networking opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the healthcare, wellness and longevity sectors.
• Provide management with regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and client confidentiality.
