Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in UAE healthcare.
• Experience recruiting doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and support staff.
• Solid understanding of UAE healthcare licensing and credential verification.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and non-clinical staff.
• Source candidates through headhunting, job portals, referrals, and healthcare networks.
• Coordinate with department heads and clinical managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Verify DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licensing requirements where applicable.
• Handle salary negotiations, offers, and approvals within approved budgets.
• Maintain candidate databases, tracking and regular hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for specialist doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals and admin.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining formalities.
