Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across healthcare and corporate functions. You will source and attract healthcare professionals, conduct screening interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce requirements.

The role supports Emiratisation and UAE National hiring initiatives, builds talent pools with universities and healthcare institutions, participates in career fairs, and handles

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Knowledge of DHA licensing requirements and healthcare workforce regulations.
• Broader HR experience beyond recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and recruitment administration.
• Utilize ATS systems and sourcing platforms effectively.
• Develop talent pools and maintain candidate databases.
• Support Emiratisation recruitment initiatives and reporting.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events.
