Job summary

DR INAS NUTRITION CENTER in Dubai is seeking a full-time Healthcare Sales Executive to promote our nutrition services and supplements, convert inquiries into enrollments, and drive new business. The role requires 1–6 years of healthcare sales experience, proficiency in Arabic and English, and residency in the UAE, with a proactive, results-driven attitude and ability to build partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years sales experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, nutritional supplements, pharmacy, wellness, medical products, or a related field.
• Strong sales, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to promote and sell nutritional supplements, clinical nutrition, weight management, and physiotherapy services professionally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance goals.
• Ability to maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate follow-up records.

Responsibilities

• Promote the center’s healthcare services and nutritional supplements, converting inquiries into bookings and program enrollments.
• Identify and qualify leads, understand client needs, present appropriate services and products, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and develop new opportunities through corporate, healthcare, and referral partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Sales Executive role based in Dubai.

The Healthcare Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the center’s healthcare services and nutritional supplements, converting inquiries into bookings and program enrollments, and actively generating new business opportunities.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, understanding client needs, presenting appropriate services and products, following up consistently with prospective and existing clients, and closing sales in line with monthly targets.

The role also involves actively developing new opportunities through corporate, healthcare, and referral partnerships, maintaining a sales pipeline, and participating in community outreach and business development activities.

The successful candidate should be proactive, energetic, and results-driven, with the ability to actively seek new clients and opportunities rather than relying only on incoming inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, nutritional supplements, pharmacy, wellness, medical products, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the UAE healthcare, supplements, pharmacy, or wellness market is an advantage.
