Job summary

Mediclinic International is seeking a Learning and Development professional to support and guide the development of employee competence through facilitation and evaluation of training programmes. Qualifications

• Requires a relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma and a certificate in L&D or related studies.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of L&D activities/training in a formal setting.
• Desirable 3+ years in healthcare environment and 1+ year with an electronic health record system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
• Design and develop learning interventions addressing learning needs
• Deliver planned training and development activities in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions
• Document and report learning outcomes, progress and impact of development initiatives
